I know how you feel. I have been limited twice with 2 accounts so far and they are ruining my new business ventures. I have xcoin and other payment processors, but PAYPAL is way too big. I have never heard of PAYPAL lifting limitation before.

Make sure your docs are in English before sending them in. PayPal is available in multiple countries, but doesn't have language support for all countries. Also, make sure you are not clicking any links to get to PayPal. Always type the URL into your web browser, or bookmark the page. This will help avoid entering any info on spoof sites. PayPal will never ask you to provide personal identifying information through an email. All bank and credit card numbers should only be confirmed when you are actually on the PayPal website. Never share your password with anybody, NOT EVEN A PAYPAL EMPLOYEE!!! Just a few basic helps.

1)Ireceive the answers in english
2)i am a greek credit card and iban number
3)they are only from monday to friday untill 16:00
I cant call them for now at that time because i dont have access from my work. i have to take the day of to call them.did any one understand the problem?

Hello in future, please specify if you are using Paypal outside the USA. Most of the advice given is for Paypal USA. I know you mentioned you're from Greece, so I assume you are using Paypal Greece.
...A FEW QUESTIONS...
1. First and foremost, are you receiving the REPLIES IN ENGLISH OR GREEK?
2. Are you using a USA or Greek Credit card or Bank account?
3. Have you attempted to call paypal?

Hello all,
4 days ago, i received a paypal email saying that i have some money to receive.So i logged in to accept the money.But there was a message saying that some one "third party the paypal called it" tried to get to my account,so they "limited access account".And that i simply need some 3 steps to resolve and to get my account back to normal.
The first step was documentation (Bill )proofing the name and the address exactly as when i signed up.
I don't know why they need that when everything is written in GREEK.because i am from greece.Anyway
i Attached my bill and my foto ID.so i finished step one.
Second step, i had to change the password.In order to do that i had to first verify my card number(American express)with the FULL CARD NUMBER and second the full bank account number, then press the button "SUBMIT"
I must have entered the numbers about 30 times,and every time i pressed SUBMIT it was getting me to a new page saying "Click here to retry"or return to homepage.
When i was pressing "Click here to retry" it did nothing,
When i was pressing "return to homepage" i was back to log in to paypal which means back from the beginning.
After my attempts(The 30 times)It showed me a label saying that i have only 2 more times to verify my ownership for the card and bank acount.After this, only one more time to verify..... and finally
now i am locked out.
When i enter the paypal site i log in with my password and it takes me immediately to card and bank account verification.I dont know why it doesnt accept my card number.???
Can any one give me a solution.???
I have sent two e-mails to paypal and i received 2 mail almost the same answer but from different persons a (SARA and a JESSIKA) and i dont think they even read my side of view .It was those mails that they just put your name and the rest of the e mail is the same for everyone.
I also received a third mail from a victor guy that he was explaning me what to do but not for what i asked.It was as if I was in one room and he was in another.
Please i need some help ...anyone.
