I have a question. If my checking account is closed and my cc is closed but I still have a paypal debit card and I still have money coming into my paypal account from items I sell. I was wondering if I was to use my paypal debit card to purchase an item at a store and PayPal tried to collect the money back from my bank and my cc but let's say both declined the transactions and my PayPal account goes -300 what happens?
