ok about 6 weeks ago i bought a few items from ebay and paid via my credit card and everything went fine then they declined my bank account twice which had £40 in and the items came to £30.75 then i get charged £105 from my bank
now if paypal dont take this out of my bank this friday what can i do as my bank has told me i can cancel payments from paypal but i need to no what other payments they except for unpaid items
