ian360,hi. why don t you visit the original website instead of PayPal sucks?? Somebody there will be able to give you an answer. I thing that you can verify your PP account using a bank account however it dependes on the market (like Italian UK etc). Each market has its own rules. Sabrina

Hello,
My Paypal account keeps wanting me to verify it with a credit card whenever I try to make a payment to Skype or Elance, but I do not have a credit card. How can I get around this?
