I wish you the best but you have all the ingredients for a nightmare. Scam artist will have a field day, and there is no way you can possibly comply with the "Patriot Act," (HR 3162 RDS) with such anonymous electronic transfer of fund capabilities.

I do see the similarities. One being the geotrust logo. I see a logo, but it is not hyperlinked to the verification information. Another similarity is the "anomnity". Do a whois on solarpay.com, you get the following:

I once again ask this question (asked in i-epay.com post): Who would trust their CC and financial information to a company that does not even post their contact information?
After looking at the site a bit more, I did find a P.O. Box address on the about us section. Other than that, the only contact method is via a form on the website. Whomever had bought i-epay.com got ripped off big time!

Our credit card processor was temporarily down for about a week, but we switched providers, and now creditcard deposits do work. Just login, click deposit, type in the ammount and method and cick OK. We currently accept deposits from:
