Maybe you can offer some advice here. I agreed to a payment plan to pay off a delinquent PayPal account. The initial payment was never pulled from my checking account, so I contacted the collection agency, and was informed that PayPal canceled the account with them before the first payment was made.
I have in writing from the collection agency that I agreed to make a payment towards the debt. The letter indicates the date and amount of the planned payment, and the PayPal account in question.
Any thoughts? Cheers!
